I used Martin and Issac he was very experienced. We had some storms last year. He helped me with my insurance process. I ended up just paying a deductible for this portion of the roof and I also used him on my other Santa Monica property if you need a roof repair Santa Monica definitely call Marty and his team.

Last year, a storm caused major damage to my parents’ home – pieces of the roof were scattered all over the yard. It had been over 30 years since the roof was last replaced, so we knew it was time to take care of it. Golden Empire Roofing & Construction came out right away. Martin flew a drone over the house to show us the damage clearly, and Isaac explained the process step by step. They even provided photos that I was able to send to my insurance company, which really helped since my policy warned me I wouldn’t be covered this winter without a new roof.

The crew was professional, very friendly, and cleaned up everything when the job was done. They made the process stress-free and even set me up on a payment plan—I’m paying just $135 a month for a brand-new roof, which I really can’t complain about. From the first inspection back in February to finishing before the rains came, everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate the honesty and quality work. Great job, Isaac and Martin!

I had an amazing experience working with Balcorp Roof Repair & Commercial Roofing, and I can’t say enough about how professional Martin was throughout the entire process. From the moment he came out, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing.

Since I have a tile roof, Martin used a drone to inspect everything without having to walk on the tiles—super smart and considerate. They also used satellite measurements to give me an accurate quote and scope of work, so I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way.

The crew was incredibly respectful of my property and left everything spotless when they finished. No nails, no trash—just clean and done right. We had zero issues during inspection, which says a lot about the quality of their work. They even replaced a small piece of plywood without charging me for it—just went ahead and took care of it.

One of the biggest surprises was the financing. They put me on a plan where I’m only paying about $110 a month with zero out-of-pocket costs and no payments for 14 months unless I choose to. That kind of flexibility made the whole project stress-free.

This Roofing Repair Service truly came through. After 12 years of a persistent roof leak, they found and resolved the issue, showcasing their expertise in roof repair and metal roofing. Previously, another roofing company installed our roof, but they failed to fix the leak, leaving us stranded. Despite trying three other companies, the leak persisted until this Roofing company intervened. Initially, the leak persisted, but the owner himself inspected and made necessary corrections, ultimately fixing the issue. We're incredibly satisfied with their service. I’ve met with Adam from Empire Remodeling & Design and absolutely fell in love with him. I always wanted to add a playroom to my house for my grandchildren and he finally did it for me. The patio enclosure looks absolutely beautiful. Has its own lighting, fan and AC system. The vinyl 100% waterproof floors are great with kids and are vary warm to the eye. We also did an alumawood lattice patio cover that you get into right as you exit the enclosure and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Empire took great care of me and I absolutely adore Adam. Thank you for being so professional, liable, honest and taking great care of us.

I'm not really big on writing online reviews, but I do believe in sharing the positive experiences when a business provides exceptional services. We hired Empire Remodeling and Design for our master bathroom renovation. I reached out to Kobi as one of my neighbors used them to remodel their kitchen and bathroom and only had nice things to say about them. Kobi was very straight forward and up front during the initial phone call and provided us with a reasonable estimate for our bathroom remodel. I knew immediately he would be the contractor we were looking for. I met with approximately 6-7 general contractors for our bathroom remodel prior to talking to Kobi and was simply skeptical or tired of their sales spiels and unrealistic price quotes.

Carlos was our project manager who was very pleasant to work with and came by almost on a daily basis to oversee work progress. Ruben was the guy who did majority of the remodeling work and boy was he phenomenal! Very experienced and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what he was doing, did not cut corners and paid attention to a lot of details. We had a pleasant experience working with Carlos and Ruben throughout the entire process and couldn't be happier with how the master bathroom turned out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable contractor.

Construction and remodeling can be tough.
Especially finding a legitimate construction company on top of it all.
Thankfully I did a lot of sesrching and found Empire Remodeling.
It is a legitimate company.
The price was reasonably nagotiated for our big project.
