METALROOFING

What changes on a Mission Hills roof

The short version for Mission Hills: the valley holds heat, and the daily swing works every seam and lap. We are roughly 19 miles northwest of Mission Hills, close enough for a same-day look at a leak.

We are often working Sepulveda, San Fernando and Arleta in the same week, which keeps costs sensible.

• Gutters are pulled and refitted where they block a proper drip edge.
• Gutters are pulled and refitted properly instead of being crushed by a ladder.
• Chimney and wall flashings are replaced, not painted over with sealant.
• We work around tenants and business hours where the building is occupied.
• Skylights are re-flashed as part of the job rather than quoted as an extra later.

The first big storm books out the whole trade, so earlier is cheaper. If a repair solves it, we quote the repair instead of selling a replacement.

What separates a good job from a cheap one

Drip edge and starter course get installed properly - that is half the wind resistance.

• An inspection here means walking the roof, not pointing a camera at it from the driveway.
• Financing exists if you want it, and nobody pushes it on you.
• If the attic has no real intake, we fix that rather than leaving a new roof to bake.
• Change orders are discussed before anything is done, not billed afterwards.

What we see on Mission Hills roofs

Nobody roofs Mission Hills the way they roof a tract in the desert, and heat and dust together finish off old granulated surfaces. At about 19 miles northwest, Mission Hills is an easy run for us, inspection or emergency.

You will see our trucks in Sepulveda, San Fernando and Arleta on the same run.

• Material is delivered the morning of the job, not left on the driveway for a week.
• Access gets planned first - driveway, staging, dumpster placement - so the street stays usable.
• Gutters are pulled and refitted where they block a proper drip edge.
• We protect landscaping and the pool before a single bundle comes off the truck.
• Solar panels get detached and reset on a schedule that matches the roofing crew.

The crews fill up fast when the first storm is on the ten-day forecast. Nothing is booked until you have photos, a scope and a written price.

Standards we hold on every Mission Hills job

Warranty paperwork is registered for you, not left in a folder for you to chase.

• Most homes take two to four days once material lands.
• Edges are fastened to spec because that is where uplift starts.
• One person runs your job and answers the phone the whole way through.
• Payment is tied to progress, not demanded up front.
