METALROOFING

What the street looks like in Bradbury

Before materials come into it, the site decides the job: in Bradbury, whatever fails first on these roofs fails at the edges. We are 17 miles east of Bradbury; crews pass through most days anyway.

We work the same streets in Duarte, Monrovia and Irwindale, so crews know the area and its roofs.

• We work around tenants and business hours where the building is occupied.
• Gutters are pulled and refitted where they block a proper drip edge.
• We protect landscaping and the pool before a single bundle comes off the truck.
• Gutters are pulled and refitted properly instead of being crushed by a ladder.
• Skylights are re-flashed as part of the job rather than quoted as an extra later.

Scheduling before the rains means the whole job happens on dry decking. Call and we will look at the Bradbury roof, show you photos, and put the price in writing.

Our habits on site

You get a text when the crew is coming and a walk-through when they are done.

• Ventilation gets looked at while the roof is open; most Bradbury attics run hotter than they should.
• Ice-and-water goes in at the valleys and penetrations even though it rarely freezes here.
• Drip edge and starter course get installed properly - that is half the wind resistance.
• Keep the paperwork: it transfers if you sell the house.

A closer look at Bradbury

We work on Bradbury roofs most weeks, and the pattern is consistent: hillside exposure means uplift at the ridges and UV on the south faces. From the yard it is roughly 17 miles east to Bradbury - no travel surcharge, no week-long wait.

Neighbouring work in Duarte, Monrovia and Irwindale means materials are already staged nearby.

• Skylights are flashed new rather than reused, because that is where the next leak starts.
• We work around tenants and business hours where the building is occupied.
• Where an HOA sets colour or material rules, we match the approved list before the job is quoted.
• Solar panels get detached and reset on a schedule that matches the roofing crew.
• We protect landscaping and the pool before a single bundle comes off the truck.

A roof opened in winter costs more and risks more, so we plan around the forecast. We will tell you if the roof has five years left, because that is also useful to know.

Our habits on site

Financing exists if you want it, and nobody pushes it on you.

• We photograph every slope and penetration so you see what we see before deciding anything.
• Ice-and-water goes in at the valleys and penetrations even though it rarely freezes here.
• Fascia and rafter tails get checked while the edge is open.
• Most homes take two to four days once material lands.
