METALROOFING

On the ground in Agoura Hills

Roof life in Agoura Hills is decided by exposure more than brand, and the slopes take the wind first and hold the afternoon sun longest. We are 30 miles west of Agoura Hills; crews pass through most days anyway.

Westlake Village, Calabasas and Hidden Hills are on the same route, which keeps follow-ups easy.

• Gutters are pulled and refitted where they block a proper drip edge.
• Tear-off debris leaves the same day; nobody is left with a pile over the weekend.
• Satellite dishes and A/C line sets are re-flashed, not just set back down.
• Chimney and wall flashings are replaced, not painted over with sealant.
• Material is delivered the morning of the job, not left on the driveway for a week.

A roof opened in October is a different job from one opened in January. We will tell you if the Agoura Hills roof has years left in it rather than sell you a new one.

Standards we hold on every Agoura Hills job

Rake and eave metal is new on every job; reusing bent metal is false economy.

• Deck repairs are priced per sheet so there is no surprise number halfway through.
• The site is cleaned daily, and the last magnet pass happens before the crew leaves.
• Synthetic underlayment goes down over the whole deck, not just the valleys.
• Change orders are discussed before anything is done, not billed afterwards.

Why Agoura Hills roofs fail where they do

Ask any crew that works Los Angeles County and they will tell you the same thing - gusts funnel down the canyons and lift anything not fastened right. We are 30 miles west of Agoura Hills; crews pass through most days anyway.

We are often working Westlake Village, Calabasas and Hidden Hills in the same week, which keeps costs sensible.

• Dry-in happens the same day the old roof comes off; nothing sits open overnight.
• We protect landscaping and the pool before a single bundle comes off the truck.
• Satellite dishes and A/C line sets are re-flashed, not just set back down.
• Solar gets detached and reset by a licensed crew, not improvised around.
• Where an HOA sets colour or material rules, we match the approved list before the job is quoted.

Summer is for planned work; winter is for emergencies nobody planned. We will tell you if the roof has five years left, because that is also useful to know.

Questions Agoura Hills owners ask us

You get a text when the crew is coming and a walk-through when they are done.

• Any rot found under the old layers is swapped before anything new goes down.
• Ventilation gets looked at while the roof is open; most Agoura Hills attics run hotter than they should.
• Rake and eave metal is new on every job; reusing bent metal is false economy.
• Synthetic underlayment goes down over the whole deck, not just the valleys.
